Shipping your unique treasures

Once you've ordered one of our distinctive creations, we meticulously prepare it for shipment within 3 to 5 business days. We currently offer shipping to customers across the United States and Canada, ensuring your one-of-a-kind piece arrives safely.

Our return policy

We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. If you're not entirely happy with your oddity or taxidermy piece, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is shipped back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged items

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, unforeseen issues can occur during transit. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. All our shipments are insured for your peace of mind.
